Our core SEO product is the most important part of our product range. Unless you have a good SEO strategy underpinning your online business there’s no point even launching a web site. Our core SEO product is extremely powerful, totally white hat and most importantly reasonably priced.

A question we get asked a lot is, what do you do for the quarterly fee? In this explanation we intend on addressing this question in detail which, we hope with not only give you a great insight in to what you get but, reaffirm what incredible value our product is!

After sign up

We get straight to work!

After you sign up we don’t hang about. The first thing that we will do is run a check on the search terms you entered during sign up.  We check for two things. Firstly, is there enough volume on the search terms chosen and secondly, are they too competitive. If we feel that any one of your search terms needs to be altered then we will be in touch before your first report is generated. In most cases though the search terms are fine (due to the dynamic search term checker during sign up) so work can be carried out without any further input from you.

We also log a few statistics at the beginning. These will be contained within your first report and then within subsequent quarterly reports in order to show you the progress being made.  The numbers we log are as follows:

1. Onsite reverence score
2. Total number of backlinks
3. Total number of Facebook likes (if you option to like to follow)
4. Total number of Twitter followers (if you opt in to like to follow)
5. Total number of connections and message on connect (if opted in to connect)
6. Your average review scores (if you opt in to positivity)

We will carry out a full on-site relevance audit and launch your link exposure campaign (if you opt out of link exposure then we obviously skip that element). This will be completed within 24 hours, at which point you will be notified that your first report is available for download.

An overview of everything we have done and what you need to do

Within 24 hours of sign up we will provide you with a full breakdown of what we have done and what you need to do via your initial report which you can download from within your control panel in either HTML or PDF formats.


There will normally be up to 5 on-site changes that need to be made. These are in addition to any of the changes recommended by the SEO analyser. Don’t worry if you get stuck we can manage these changes for you.

Also, contained within the report is a section containing a cross section of our link partners relevant to your website. This is not a list of the sites that your backlinks will be contained on but just a cross section of our partners within your sector to offer you an element of transparency. Due to the unique way in which we build links using backlink exposure we are not able to generate a report of exactly where your links are located. If we were able to do this then we would be breaching the Google webmaster guidelines. We will report on the number of links accepted and placed every 3 months within your quarterly report. Although there's not really much point checking between quarters, as it can take up to 3 months after a link has been accepted for it to be indexed, you can monitor things independently via a link checker like Majestic SEO (majestic.com).

We saw this coming, which is why we invested so heavily in to creating a dynamic tool to help your on-site relevance now and in the future.



This powerful tool is continuously updated in order to take advantage of anything we feel is important to the major search engines. It will insure your sites relevance is always excellent, giving you the best chance of getting and then maintaining a high ranking.

During quarters

What are we up to between each quarter?

We often get asked between quarters. What are you guys doing? Lots of our products are self-managed and dynamic, for example like to follow, connect, positivity and the SEO analyser are always available and are great on-going services.  Most of the work we physically do between quarters is based around backlinks. With our unique link exposure strategy sometimes the link take up needs to be fine-tuned between quarters to make sure that you get the most out of the product. If we see that the link take up is poor after say a month, we will make a few more link requests in order to come in on target at the end of each quarter. Quarterly reports

An in depth summary of your progress

At the end of each quarter we will generate a downloadable quarterly report.



This will show you how your progress is in a really easy to understand format. Basically what you’re looking for are the graphs to show an upward curve on all fronts. We will report on the following:

1. SEO score
2. Backlink increase / decrease (if opted in the link exposure)
3. Facebook like increase / decrease (if opted in to like to follow)
4. Twitter followers increase / decrease (if opted in to like to follow)
5. Connect stats (if opted in to connect)
6. Your average review scores (if you opt in to positivity)

Also, contained within the report is a section containing a cross section of the link partners used within your sector. This list is not a list of the sites that your backlinks will be contained on but just a cross section of our partners within your sector to offer you an element of transparency. We do not report on where your links have been place precisely for two reasons. Firstly, in order to keep the cost down our link partners charge more if they have to report back the URL to the link and secondly, we need to keep the exact link profiles we use a little convert to protect against other SEO companies signing up to our service just to see how we do it. However, you do want transparency on where exactly your links are get in touch as soon as possible after each submission and we are able to request the full link breakdown. There is a small admin charge for this.

You can add / edit search terms and also add copy text to accompany each search term.

You can opt in and out of link exposure. Although we think it’s very important, occasionally people will take this element on themselves and want us to just focus on the on-site, social media, reputation and networking side of our product offering. Therefore, we offer you the option of opting out of the link exposure side of our product offering.

There are a couple of other features that we are able to offer on a case by case basis if you contact us. These are the ability to change the web address on your account and also the ability to move to monthly reporting if required.

Impact timeframe

How long does it take to see results from the core SEO product?

It’s impossible to say, but our average client sees a noticeable impact from this product at around 9 months. We do see much faster results and sometimes slower results but the one thing that is for sure, this product will only be for the long term benefit of your website and the longer you run with it the better your chance is of beating the competition.
